What is the Ideathon
Students become the
problem-finders of their own city.
The Civic Innovation Ideathon invites school students across Andhra Pradesh to look closely at the place they live in — a street, a bus stop, a lake, a classroom, a hospital queue — and name one problem that genuinely bothers them.
Then they do what innovators do: walk the ground, talk to people, take photos, count things, and build a case with evidence. From that evidence, they imagine how the same place could look five to ten years from now if technology and good design were put to work.
Every idea contributes to Vision Swarna Andhra — a golden, future-ready state built by the generation that will live in it.

Register your team
Team registration opens on 22 August 2026 and closes on 10 September 2026. Each team has four students from the same school, with one teacher or mentor as the point of contact.
